Byrdman’s Edmond, because he was nice enough to do me a Grunkle Stan a while back. I messed with this too long. And then just smashed a floodfill color layer over it anyway. PROBLEMS SOLVED.
SO he wanted Ed with his Absol, and, ah, I left the pokemon scene back in the gameboy color days. I had to look it up. And it makes, let me tell you, ZERO sense as a creature- I mean look at its face what is that. Some sort of… nebulous… triangle…. with a… headdress/helmet/quoif? So I did some research, the gentleman’s answer to any perplexing situation, and found out the thing is based on the Bai Ze, which was a mythical manticore-looking thing with a man’s face. So I sort of combined the two. In a perfect world Absol really would look like this. It’s better this way, trust me.
This still makes me very much happy!!!

Besides the clean up I would like to think this is pretty finished for the most part. This is day two of my February sketch a day thingy and my lovely friend Lauren has asked me to draw Dag and Norb from the cartoon The Angry Beavers. I’m going to be drawing a cartoon character of your choosing each day. For today I’m gonna draw Grunkle Stan from Gravity Falls. Tomorrow who knows.
