I’m still freaking out over that finale!
HOW YOU DO THAT DOCTOR WHO?!
Fan made version of the larest opening sequence for Doctor Who. I liked it.
It always upsets me when some of my friends get into Doctor Who and automatically hate on Martha. She was amazing and no one gives her enough love. Not her fault the Doctor was a huge douche to her the whole third season…
Planets come and go. Stars perish. Matter disperses, coalesces, forms into other patterns, other worlds. Nothing can be eternal.

Cybermen in “Nighmare in Silver”
I like em. Glad they got rid of those bell bottom robot legs. I hope they don’t sound too clunky too.

Here we go, the first entry I received for the fic contest, by Dr-and-Mrs-Who!
(Entries are still being accepted until the 10th if you were wondering.)
“Get inside! Now!” Alex felt a hard shove in her shoulder as she was forced inside the TARDIS. Five other Time Lords followed after her, eager to get to the controls before the planet’s doomed destruction. Alex stepped up to a console, already working her area to find a good target year millenium.
“Coordinates 246 Decimal 591.” One man said, punching in numbers at his console.
“Maintaining temporal status.“
“Engines prepped, ready for flight.”
“On mark three.”
Everyone at a console waited for their call before quickly typing in commands as the ground began to rumble slightly. Alex didn’t notice at first, but as the rumbling turned to pitching, she began to worry. The ground shook mightily, and the other Time Lords began to look concerned.
“Is that… the planet?” someone asked. Gallifrey’s death was sending shocks through time, ensuring it’s Time Lock.
“We have to get out of the Vortex.” Alex commanded, pushing away dark hair. Everyone nodded and went to work steering out. Suddenly, there was a spark in the control column, which grew to a blaze. Fire roared from the machine and everyone backed away. Someone ran to get an extinguisher, and started blasting at the flames. The TARDIS roared violently and whirled on it’s side, sending everyone to the wall with a thud. Alex landed against the door, which swung open with her weight. She cried out in surprise and grabbed the edge of the door, trying to pull herself back in. Her crewmates reached for her, but it was no use. Her fingers were slipping and she plummeted down to the unknown planet and time below.
imperialdalek you read my god damn mind.
Okay, this tickled me. But seriously, the 50th hasn’t happened yet. I’m gonna sit here patient and will judge once it finally airs.

So we won’t get any classic Doctors and we’re stuck with the nerd equivalent of Edward and Bella but I’m not mad. Am I disappointed, sure. But at the end of the what I want most from the 50th Anniversary is just a good, solid, exciting story.
I could be wrong but whatever.
[trust me this one time please…..ok…..as well as all the other times]
this is all i could think about during that scene today
also, how cute was clara?!?!? >_<
